Mr Luke Sadler

Originally from Norfolk, I relocated to the South Coast to study Sports Development at the University of Winchester. After graduating and settling in Portsmouth, I began my career in education, qualifying as a teacher in 2015 through the University of Chichester and the Hampshire Learn Alliance.

Prior to joining Bridgemary School, I spent eight years at a school in Havant, where I developed my leadership skills through six years as Curriculum Leader for PE and two years as Head of Year. I joined the Bridgemary team in 2023 as a Key Stage 4 Head of Year and now serve as Assistant Headteacher. In this role, I oversee school-wide behaviour and expectations, focusing on fostering a culture of mutual respect and ensuring every student has the environment they need to achieve their full potential.
