At Bridgemary School we have a long history of developing the Arts to ensure our students experience an enriched learning journey through their Secondary Education. We have previously attained Artsmark Gold status for four applications and now aspire to Platinum Artsmark status.

We are already involved in school and enrichment events such as: completing various levels of Arts Award, participation in Rock Challenge Dance Competition, Learning Enrichment Activities Programme (LEAP) where students can pick various creative activities from Crafting, Photography skills, choir and many more. Thoughout the year we showcase various performing Arts, Dance and Music evenings. Additionally, our commitment to integrating the Arts into STEM to create STEAM has inspired our curriculum in KS3 and allowed us to showcase and share our research.

The school now has the chance to showcase our strength in Arts by working towards a PLATINUM ARTSMARK as recognised by the Arts Council of England

Our Artsmark statement of commitment is the foundation for our Artsmark journey. It creates a direct link between our current arts planning and provision and our school's long term strategy and vision.

This statement shows our commitment to the long term future of the arts at Bridgemary School and the wider community.
